While it is unknown exactly what part of the 18,587 square-foot home the 36-year-old superstar is remodeling, photos of the construction zone show that she is completely rebuilding the mansion, which she shares with husband Rich Paul . Adele, who is yet to move into the property two years after purchasing it, is reportedly paying 'millions' for the extensive list of renovations, including adding a five-car garage and a fire-resistant roof to the pad.
It appears the singer has extended the sprawling property, which already had eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, skywards in order to build a garage to fit multiple luxury vehicles. According to The Sun , Adele's team said they are also fitting a 'cool roof' on the property to comply with 'strict specifications of properties in a 'very high' Fire Hazard Severity Zone. Adele has completely rebuilt her $58 million mansion in Beverly Hills - but has noticeably kept the statue of Rocky that came with the property when she purchased it from Sylvester Stallone.
