The Top Gear host, who recently turned 50, and his former partner Christine McGuinness , aged 36, both took to social media to celebrate their twins Penelope and Leo turning 11 years old. The comedian and the ex-Real Housewives of Cheshire personality are parents to the twins and their youngest daughter Felicity.

Despite calling time on their 11-year marriage in 2022, following their revealing documentary Our Family and Autism, they've chosen to stay under the same roof for the sake of their three children, who, like Christine diagnosed at 33, are on the autism spectrum. On Tuesday (2 July), Paddy posted a nostalgic snap on Instagram cradling his newborn twins, with the caption: "Happy 11th birthday Leo and Penelope! This picture was taken the day we brought them home from hospital." He then shared: "I was terrified but my life has been the better for it ever since.



The same can't be said for my hair! Love you my beautiful babies!!!! #birthday", reports the Manchester Evening News . Christine also took to Instagram to share a heartfelt tribute to her twins on their birthday. Posting some snaps from their special day for her 740,000 followers, the proud mum penned: .
