Not only is See Ya Later Ranch producing award-winning wines atop of Hawthorne Mountain in Okanagan Falls, they are also inviting you to eat among the vines at their charming Ranch Bistro.

There’s a lot of exciting reasons to check out the Bistro this summer from their famous Sunday brunch, wine slushies with lunch to their new Friday Night Dinner Series. The Ranch Bistro is a picturesque covered patio offering an approachable and fun summer menu that has everything from shareable plates like stuffed jalapeños and charcuterie to lite bites like their caprese flatbread and summer pasta to full meals like their Ranch Klucker, featuring jerk chicken, crispy onion, genoa salami jam and slaw on a potato bun. The menu is the creation of Chef Shawn Cheer who throws his passion behind each dish, including the to-die-for prawn tacos with creole prawns, whipped avocado, Pico de Galo, ancho slaw cilantro crema wrapped in a flour tortilla.



Or his Cubano featuring smoked pork shoulder, Rover bbq sauce, ancho slaw, maple mustard and melted mozzarella on sourdough. “The Bistro is a great place to sit back and enjoy with friends and family. It’s a laid back, casual atmosphere that offers seriously delicious food,” said Sarah Sloan, See Ya Later Ranch visitor experience manager.
