Mark Little, best known for his role as Joe Mangel in the iconic Australian soap , is now living a peaceful life in the Welsh countryside. The 64 year old actor joined the popular series back in 1988 and left in 1991, only to make a triumphant return in 2005 and participate in the much-anticipated reunion back in 2022. After his stint on Neighbours, Mark replaced Chris Evans co-hosting Channel 4's The Big Breakfast alongside .
He also showcased his acting prowess in various films and plays, including his one-man show Defending the Caveman, which bagged him a Laurence Olivier Award in 2000. Fans of the soap will remember Mark with short, dark brown hair and a clean-shaven face. However, he's now sporting a completely different look with long grey locks and a silver beard.
Back in October last year, Mark posted to Instagram, proudly holding a card pronouncing him 'Best actor' for his lead role in a production called Passing Through. Captioning the post, he said: "Thanks for the accolade @newrenaissancefilmfestival Passing Through is a low key, emotional little film that seems to have resonated. Glad to be a part of it.
" And in 2022, he posted a picture dressed as a pantomime villain for an appearance in Jack And The Beanstalk in Middlesborough. In addition to his new appearance, Mark has embraced a new lifestyle. According to Wales Online, he's become an outspoken political activist and anti-fascism campaigner, residing in a farmhouse in the Welsh countryside.
