Natalie Joy is sure she wants more kids with Nick Viall — even after experiencing a recent pregnancy scare. “[We are] absolutely not one and done,” Joy, who welcomed daughter River Rose with the “Bachelor” alum in February, tells Page Six exclusively while promoting her partnership with Autotrader. The surgical technologist, 25, adds that she and Viall, 43, both come from “big families” and want their little girl to have siblings of her own.
“We definitely [want] three, four, as many as God will bless us with, for sure,” she says. Just not yet, however. The couple had to briefly envision expanding their family sooner than expected when they suspected there was a bun in the oven.
“We actually had a pregnancy scare the other day, and we both kind of visualized for a split second kind of what it would be like to have another, and we were both like, ‘Not right now.
