VIRGIN Media star Muireann O'Connell has made a hilarious "diva" dig at co-host Karen Koster after she got her hair touched up on set. The Ireland AM host and former Six O'Clock Show presenter Karen Koster have been having a laugh on air over the past few days. Karen has been filling in for mainstay Ireland AM host Alan Hughes while he soaks up the sun in Barcelona.
Today, Muireann took to Instagram to share a hysterical clip of herself and Karen sitting on set in the Virgin Media studios during an ad break. The 41-year-old was in stitches of laughter as she panned the camera over to Karen who had a hair stylist brushing her hair while she rested on the couch. The Limerick woman then humorously said: "Lads, look at this, she gets her hair done while she's on the couch this one does.
" Karen sarcastically replied: "I did demand it". Muireann then giggled: "She's just such a diva". Karen began to erupt into a big laugh as she started fanning a paper in front of her hair stylist and jokingly shouted "keep it coming Michelle, higher Michelle, higher Michelle".
Muireann and Karen's hairdresser were both sent into a fit of laughter as Karen continued with the joke. And the funny duo had more laughs during the week after Karen made a major slip up on air with an accidental x-rated joke . The Dublin beauty presented alongside Muireann and Tommy Bowe on Monday morning.
The trio were speaking about a recent poll on Urban Dictionary for the most popular Irish slang words and asked viewer.
