Moroccan virtual influencer Kenza Layli created history by being crowned the world's first Miss AI. She bagged the title over more than 1,500 computer-generated models from all across the globe. She bagged the title over more than 1,500 computer-generated models, earning a $20,000 prize for her creator, Meriam Bessa. In her acceptance speech, Layli expressed her dedication to advancing AI technology for hosting the first-ever beauty pageant for AI models. Created by a Moroccan media agency, layli boasts more than 193,000 followers on Instagram.



Her bio states that “her engaging content is closely tied to Moroccan society” and that her goal “is to contribute to the empowerment of women in Morocco and the Middle East, while also bringing much needed regulation to the influencer market.” She impressed the panel of judges with her social media influence, beauty and her technical complexity of AI tools. Sofia Novales, a member of Lopez’s management team, praised Layli for her tremendous consistency in facial features and high quality details like hands, nose and eyes.
