His mum, Amy, had built up a following of almost 80,000 followers on Instagram documenting her son's journey with incurable cancer. Dillan was diagnosed with leukaemia as a one-year-old and had undergone four years of treatments before sadly losing his life.
Announcing his tragic passing on Instagram, Amy, from Manchester, wrote: "Dillan passed away today at 6.15 pm, he wasn’t in pain, and was still talking & making us laugh until he took his last breath. You are not in pain anymore Dilly, my gorgeous boy.
" Molly Mae was among the heartbroken celebs who had been following Dillan's journey. She commented on the post saying: "Rest in paradise Dillan. Sending you and your family love and prayers.
I am so sorry." Former TOWIE star Sam Faiers added: "So heartbroken. No words can truly comfort you both during this incredibly difficult time.
My prayers and thoughts are with you. Your beautiful boy will be in our hearts forever." Kelsey Parker also penned an emotional tribute adding: "Dilly, you are one incredible little boy.
