Mindy High was an exceptional mother of 5 children and an unbeatable grandma to 7 grandbabies. She was raised in Brainerd, MN and resided in Breezy Point, MN for the last 5 years. At just 50 years young, Mindy lost her battle with breast cancer on June 14, 2024.

Mindy was born to Bruce and Carol High in 1974 and she was the 3rd born of 6 total children. Each of these siblings held the title of ‘best friend’ and Mindy could often be found at their side. Mindy began working at Causeway on Gull over 20 years ago.

She was the front desk manager at the resort at her time of passing. This position lead to so many great friendships with the timeshare owners which brought joy to Mindy’s life. Anyone who spoke to Mindy could tell you that her heart lied within the family she created.

She was devoted to and admired by her children Chace (Holly), Zack (Laci), Mariah (Kegan), Austin (Katie), and Dante (Kat). Mindy was the ‘best grandma ever’ to Brayden, Maddi, Macie, Aurora, Octavia, Walker, and Rosie. You could frequently hear her talking about how proud she was of her family and how much they meant to her.

They’re all left devastated in the absence of her beautiful smile, contagious laugh, uplifting spirit, endless support, and unconditional love. Mindy was preceded in death by her son Ethan, sister Michelle, sister Tina, mother Carol, and father Bruce. She is survived by her siblings Julie (Dennis) Logelin, Angela (David) Sprau, and Billy (Misty) High.

Mindy’s celebratio.
