Birth: 1941 Death: 2024 Mary Kathryn (Sullivan) Lundy was born on July 15, 1941 in Amboy, Illinois. She was a remarkable woman whose life touched many hearts. Let us celebrate her journey: Mary attended Amboy High School, in Amboy, Illinois, graduating in 1959.

She continued her education at Rosary College (now Dominican University), River Forest, Illinois, where she graduated with a liberal arts degree in 1963. Her passion for teaching led her to a fulfilling career in education in the Chicago area. As the oldest of five siblings, Mary played a vital role in helping to raise her brothers, Gene and Tom, and her sisters, Ann and Sara.



Her Midwestern roots instilled in her an incredible foundation of values that she carried throughout her life. Mary’s path eventually crossed with that of John Charles Lundy, and on June 18, 1966, they embarked on a beautiful journey together. Mary’s dedication extended beyond the classroom.

She was not only a teacher but also a devoted wife and loving mother. Mary and John moved to Minneapolis where the two oldest children, John and Sara, were born. After a short stay in Omaha, John started a job in California where they moved to Tustin and had their third child, Chris.

While in Tustin, John and Mary went on to establish a flourishing family business, that continues today in a second generation of family ownership, Lundy Medical Products. Although the family moved around some during those early years, they created many memories and lasting c.
