Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky are one of those celebrity couples that seem to have been around forever. And in a way, they have. After being set up by their agent in 2010, the superstar couple wed within three months.
It was a whirlwind meet-and-marriage that usually spells 'doom' for famous people – but for these two, it was a chance to solidify their love and grow together. Put the typical pressures of marriage and children on top of that and it's uniquely challenging. "We did everything very quickly – I don't know how we survived as a couple.
We were married and then a year after we had kids. It puts a lot of pressure on a marriage, but we came out good because there is a lot of love between us and we are very strong personalities but love each other so much. We make it work," she says.
On meeting Pataky , Chris Hemsworth has said "from the first time we met, we just made sense". This 'if-you-know-you-know' feeling likely.
