A SEASIDE resort in Spain is booming with Brits - thanks to cheap flights and hotels. This is due to the fact that there are cheap flights, with new routes launched last year. EasyJet added new flights to the region's Corvera airport from both Manchester and London Luton, which travel experts at Skyscanner say has definitely helped. Additionally, there are return flights to Murcia from the UK in August from £100 return, making it relatively affordable compared to other destinations at that time of year.
That's not to say it's not as worthwhile a destination to visit either, with plenty for visitors of all kinds to enjoy in both the city and its surrounding areas. TripAdvisor describes it as "laid-back" with "plenty of landmarks to linger over" as well as "Mediterranean valleys, mountains, and coastlines" that "beckon from further afield". There are also several annual festivals that "bring a buzz" to the entire region.
