Four months ago, the Lao Football Federation entered into a ground-breaking partnership with Singaporean sports-tech startup Koach Hub. Since then, this digitisation initiative which is spearheaded by Technical Director V. Sundramoorthy, alongside Head of Coach Education Herman Zailani has rapidly advanced the integration of technology into the Federation’s operations.

In this brief period, the Federation has successfully on-boarded over 600 academy players and 42 coaches in four centres onto their platform, with launches already underway in two provinces. Technology was also integrated into the recently concluded LFF Elite Youth “B” Diploma coaching course, training coaches in ongoing player monitoring and the development of individual development plans (IDPs). “The progress achieved by the LFF in recent months has been truly remarkable.
