The matriarch of the Kardashians became emotional during last week's episode of the Disney + show while sharing the news with her children. Doctors recommended the procedure to eliminate any risk associated with the tumour and a cyst that was also found in the area, advising that it was the “best thing” to remove her ovaries and uterus. Speaking in the latest episode of The Kardashians, Jenner told friends Kathy Hilton and Faye Resnick: “I'm gonna have a hysterectomy.
“It started out as just getting some ovaries removed, and then today I got a phone call. They found something, we're here to fix it. “I'm going to remove something that gave me six of the best parts of my whole life', referring to her brood of six children.
” Jenner, 68, welcomed Kourtney, 45, Kim, 43, Khloé, 40, and Rob Kardashian , 37, with her first husband Robert Kardashian.
