Junior Andre has addressed his relationship with mum Katie Price following rumours of a rift between them. The mum-of-five celebrated her 46th birthday on Wednesday and was flooded with messages from family, friends and fans. Eldest daughter Princess, 16, was among the first to pay tribute to her famous mum as she shared a snap of them twinning on Instagram and gushed: "Happy Birthday to my beautiful mum.
" Her post sparked concern Junior was swerving Katie's big day amid fears their relationship may not be as close as it once was. However, the 18-year-old eventually did share a sweet message for his mum late into the evening. He posted a throwback snap of Katie kissing him on the cheek as he said: "Love you mum Happy birthday," followed by a red love heart emoji.
Katie proudly re-shared his message onto her own account. Earlier this month, the former glamour model revealed she was yet to meet or even speak to son Junior about his new girlfriend even though dad Peter Andre and his wife Emily have. Junior is dating model Jasmine Orr, who once appeared on Celebs Go Dating and is five his senior.
His mum sees no issue in the age gap relationship, as she is dating Married At First Sight's JJ Slater, who is 31-years-old. Speaking on the Katie Price Show podcast with her sister Sophie, she said: "What's weird is she's 23 and he's 18, see? You can always get an age gap in relationships. As you get older an age gap doesn't matter.
