Jeremy Clarkson has been delivered yet another blow when it comes to the running of his farm . The third season of the hugely popular Amazon Prime series Clarkson’s Farm was released last month and showed the highs and lows the team at Diddly Squat face as they work the land . It follows the former Top Gear star’s, 64, haphazard attempts to run his own 1,000-acre Oxfordshire farm, with the help of farm manager Kaleb Cooper , land agent Charlie Ireland, ‘head of security’ Gerald Cooper and his partner Lisa Hogan.

Over the past few years, they’ve battled with the death of beloved animals , disagreements with the local council and even figuring out what to do after the farm shop became a little too popular . But now the overall running of the farm is under threat after this summer’s bleak weather forecast looks set to affect their ability to produce profitable crops. Despite last month being the hottest May on record in the UK, the ongoing thunder and rain have yet to make way for a sunny summer, conditions that have left those at Diddly Squat worried.



‘It’s going to be a rough year. All that seed sowed, drowned with the constant rain,’ the farm’s official Instagram account shared. The post included an aerial photo taken of three fields that, although green, were patchy throughout.

The UK is set for one of the wettest summers in over 100 years, with the photo showing how seed that had been sowed out now being washed away. Plenty of fans weighed in, with many .
