James Martin 's beloved Saturday Morning ITV cooking show made a return to our screens, serving up a variety of mouth-watering dishes. However, things nearly took an unexpected turn. This Saturday, June 1, the TV chef was joined by celebrity guests Jordan North and William Hanson , who chatted about their podcast and new book.
French cuisine was brought to the table by TV baker Richard Bertinet , while chef Ashley Palmer-Watts cooked up a Grilled Lobster Mayonnaise. Later on in the instalment, James welcomed Dipna Anand and her father Gulu Anand, owners of a restaurant and experts in Punjabi cuisine. However, as they began to prepare Haandi Chicken Masala and Rice in the kitchen, the atmosphere grew increasingly tense due to the father-daughter duo's continuous bickering.

Despite James chuckling and glancing at Gulu, Dipna remained serious as she put the chicken in a pot and explained: "I got the butcher to cut the chicken instead of dad." James then chimed in, saying that watching Gulu cut a chicken "in less than a minute into 27 pieces" was one of the most "magical things" he'd see.
