Jake Paul's flight home was shockingly struck by lightning which saw the professional boxer 'pray' for safety. The YouTuber and actor, 27, took to Instagram on Sunday, 19 May to share a video as his private jet was struck by the terrifying force of nature thousands of miles high in the sky. In the video, Jake could be seen with one arm outstretched holding onto the roof of the plane while his other arm was tentatively around his adorable pooch who was also onboard.
He was accompanied by a group of his pals on the flight who appeared just as frightened by the ordeal. As the plane bumped around in the air Jake could be heard shouting: "We woke up the gods of war and there's lightning on the plane brother". He was then cut off as a lightning bolt struck which saw the group let out a shriek and look on in horror.
As the scary ordeal unfolded, Jake started to pray as he said: "Zeus, I love you, brother." Sharing the footage on Instagram, he added the caption: "The way home from the presser was interesting." A friend who is thought to have been onboard commented on the post: "I thought it was all over.
