The second contestant for the summer series of Love Island 2024 has been ‘confirmed’. Welsh rugby hunk Ciaran Davies is reportedly set to jet off to Majorca in the coming days to take part in the ITV2 dating show we’ll all be talking about for the next few weeks. The South Wales lad, who plays for Welsh Rugby Union team Tondu RFC, has been described as “gorgeous with a fit athletic build that will send the girls in the villa wild”.
But though there’s no denying he’s handsome, Ciaran – who uses the Instagram handle @ciarandaviesss – is said to be a “sweet next door” type you could “happily take home to your mum”. At the moment, he has 7,500 followers and posts photos of his rugby, holidays and nights out with his pals - but once he becomes a TV star that number is sure to shoot up quick. This is in stark contrast to Manchester-based model Grace Jackson , who has been ‘revealed’ as the first female contestant in this year’s summer Love Island, which will kick off next month, with Maya Jama on hosting duties again.
