The Michelin Stars for Ireland and Great Britain were unveiled at The MICHELIN Guide Ceremony 2024 at The Midland Hotel in Manchester on Monday, February 5. 21 restaurants on the island of Ireland were recognized in the latest round of Michelin awards - five received three stars, 15 received two stars, and one received a green star. Among them were four Irish restaurants - one in Cork, one in Clare, one in Dublin, and one in Tipperary - that received their first-ever Michelin stars.
