The singer-songwriter has over 30 years of memories in the converted four-bedroom farm cottage, which has a fully sound-proofed recording studio, where many of Marillion's tracks were laid down. Huge acts like Nazareth, the Blue Nile, Jericho, PJ Harvey, and Radiohead also worked there when the home was operating as a commercial studio. Fish says he is sad to leave the property where he recorded his last album , but is looking forward to his new life as a crofter in the north.
