It was poppin’ bottles and good vibes for U.S. Open winner Bryson DeChambeau .

“I’m a little wrecked, I can tell you that,” DeChambeau said on “The Pat McAfee Show” Monday. “It was a lot of fun last night, and the fans were all part of that win. Throughout the whole week, they were cheering me on, pushing me, encouraging me, and giving me all of the stuff I needed to win, so I thought, what better moment than to show the fans all that they deserve?” DeChambeau had a long night celebrating with fans as he greeted seemingly all those who stuck around after he nipped Rory McIlroy by one stroke on Sunday.



“It just all happened. Fans were still waiting for me. They shut down the golf course, “DeChambeau said.

“I probably left Pinehurst around 12:30 last night, and it was a great time.” McAfee explained that he hadn’t seen another golfer take the trophy around to the fans who were celebrating his victory. “Then we drank some stuff out of here,” DeChambeau said, pointing to the United States Open Championship trophy detailing his victory celebration.

“I actually did wine; I’m a big wine guy. It was beautiful everyone drank out of it..

. It was a lot of fun. We celebrated accordingly and got some champagne out of it.

” DeChambeau detailed signing more autographs throughout his night as he went back to his hotel as well. The two-time U.S.

Open champion explained he is doing a media tour on Monday from New York City before hitting Nashville shortly aft.
