BRIAN Dowling has said he had the "best day" and got "spoilt rotten" after his eventful day. The Big Brother star celebrated his 46th birthday today surrounded by his loved ones. Brian started off his day bright and early as he enjoyed breakfast with his daughter Blake and his husband Arthur Gourounlian before heading into work.
The 46-year-old headed over to the 98FM studio to host his radio show with Suzanne Kane, that made him quite emotional. The popular presenter popped open champagne and got some "birthday messages that made him cry". Brian then hosted The Six O'Clock Show with his co-host Katja Mia this evening.
Katja shoved a cupcake right into Brian's face at the end of the show but she got her comeuppance as he did the same right back. When Arthur collected Brian from work, he still had frosting all over his mouth and didn't look impressed. He told Arthur: "Katja Mia assaulted me live on air.
I got gifted these gorgeous birthday cupcake-y things and she shoved them in my face. But don't worry I got her back." Brian said his favourite part of the eventful day was coming home to his beautiful baby girl, Arthur and his sister Aoife.
The family enjoyed a takeaway and some cake before belting out some tunes together. Brian posted some snippets of his special day on Instagram and added: "Have honestly had the BEST day celebrating my birthday. "I honestly feel like the LUCKIEST MAN IN THE WORLD.
