A PLUS-SIZE fashionista has been brutally advised to fork out for a surgery to get rid of her ''apron belly''. Style lover Lindsey, who is a size 22/24, has a medical condition known as ''apron belly'', also known as pannus stomach. The term is used to describe a sagging stomach or skin that hangs from the abdomen area, which usually - but not always - occurs after pregnancy or changes in weight .

While having a pannus stomach is not exclusive to plus-size people only, this condition can cause discomfort and even lead to skin infections. Lindsey, who regularly shares fashion-related content to her 228k fans on TikTok , is just one of the many body positivity influencers raising awareness about the ''mother's apron''. But despite the positive message and call for change, the dark-haired beauty was recently brutally trolled on her page after sharing a clip of herself trying on different jeans .



The video saw the style lover chat about her figure a little, describing her thighs as ''really thin'', as well as having absolutely ''no butt''. ''Finding jeans is one of the hardest things to do when you have this body shape,'' said Lindsey before modelling some of her favourite denim bottoms. These ranged from the on-trend flared jeans to skinny denim trousers, as well as black jeans with a distressed bottom hem and a wide-legged khaki number.
