But sometimes our choice of footwear and activities can lead to blisters, dry skin and even the odd whiffy smell. Luckily for us, an expert has offered some super useful beauty advice to help us aid the problems we have with our trotters. Skin suregeon Dr Neera boasts a huge following on TikTok thanks to her handy hints when it comes to skin.



She recently posted a video about feet, and the surprising ingredient we can use to treat them. The skin guru posted a video alongside the following summary: "'Here is a personal hygiene tip I will not gatekeep as a dermatologist. Apple cider vinegar contains malic acid, which can help exfoliate and heal rough, cracked feet and also has anti-bacterical and anti-fungal properties to help get rid of smelly feet odor, toenail fungus and athlete's foot.

" In the video, she said you need to follow a few simple steps to make use of the product. According to the professional, you need to use one cup of apple cider vinegar and mix it with four cups of warm water. Then you should soak your feet for 15 minutes, three times a week, to ensure you have clean and "fungus-free" feet that promise to stay in good shape.
