BEAUTY SLEEP The 44-year-old woman revealed she hasn’t relied on topical beauty products to maintain her ageless appearance. “I'm 44F [44-year-old female], been sleeping on 100% silk pillowcase for the last 15 years + silk sleep mask, and couldn't imagine going back to cotton,” she said, writing under the handle Kunoichi1907 . “Started carrying my silk pillowcase when I travel because hotel cotton felt coarse and scratchy.
“I only started regular retinoid and sunscreen use this year (before that it was only moisturizer and rosehip oil) and I have no wrinkles yet.” The Redditor originally tried silk bedding because she heard it was “very hypoallergenic.” She gushed that it’s been beneficial for her skin, hair, and overall comfort.
