Take a scroll on social media and you'll probably see women with plump pouts and incredibly chiselled faces. Despite cosmetic surgery being a thing thought to be reserved for Hollywood stars, it seems that every Tom, Dick, Harry and Sally are getting work done nowadays. However, 27-year-old Nova Jewels says she's an exception to that rule.

The outspoken model admits that she's 'proud' she hasn't fallen for the 'tweakment' hype and plans to age naturally. And now she's blasting how the likes of Botox has become commonplace for many women's beauty routines in society. Nova told us: "I think it’s become over glamorised and it’s made out like this is a beauty standard that has to be met.



Lip filler, Botox, rhinoplasty, I mean the amount of options that are out there now is crazy. "It’s sad because social media is such a huge part of life now so I suppose it’s very easy for people to get sucked in to the whole concept of what 'modern day women' should look like. "What I do love is when girls realise they want to go back to their natural face and they get the work reversed, I find it very refreshing to watch.
