Nothing seems to be stopping sultry actress, luxury lifestyle influencer, and TV host Idia Aisien. Reflecting on her accomplishments this year, Aisien revealed, “This year, I’ve conquered a lot of fears I had about starting some new business ventures. Though the building phase has been tough, I will launch two new businesses this year and can’t wait to share them with the world!” Discussing the Nigerian film and entertainment industry, Aisien observed, “I think the industry is growing rapidly, and that makes it very challenging for anyone who doesn’t stand out.
The competition is only going to get steeper so I would advise everyone to have thicker skin, not to give up, and to apply pressure.” Aisien’s interests extend beyond acting and influencing. “I’ve always loved building and branding businesses, as well as working in the media space.
I currently act as a brand liaison for a major drinks and cosmetics distribution company, but I’m mainly focused on producing and telling stories (through films) that are close to my heart. This year I also became a brand ambassador of Stand-out Properties, so I’m also working on expanding my real estate portfolio.—I have a lot on my plate!” she shared.
When it comes to embodying new characters, Aisien expressed her preference for taking her time. “Our industry likes to shoot quickly, but most of the projects I’ve loved were the ones that gave me adequate time to bring a character to life fully! I love to live.
