I've always been a powder girlie. Powder bronzer, powder blush, powder highlighter. I have steered clear of applying cream-based formulas myself out of fear that they'd look or feel too heavy on my skin.
Of course, that was my thought process before I got my hands on Revolution Pro's trio of face creams , which includes a bronzer contour, blush and highlighter , and usually retail at £18 but are on sale at Lookfantastic for £14.40 and bit the cream-formula bullet. Having heard that all three products (which come in light, medium and dark) have been praised for being alternatives to Charlotte Tilbury's contour and beauty wand (both £30), I was pretty excited to try them out for myself but, slightly sceptical of the lower price tag, I wanted to do my research and find out what other make-up buffs had concluded.

The formula has impressed our beauty writer Bethan Shufflebotham who said the cream was a "dream" and not "watery, cakey" or "patchy".
