Going to a theme park with the kids is obviously a lot of fun. It lets them burn off a good amount of energy and it's also so cute seeing their little faces excited as they head on a rollercoaster or win a prize on the games. However, it can be a very long and tiring day.
That's why it can be so handy to stay at one of the on-site hotels when you visit a theme park so you can put your feet up after a long day and recuperate for yet more fun the next day. And if you're heading to LEGOLAND Windsor anytime soon, you'll be pleased to hear that they have a brand new Woodland Village you can stay at! The £35million development is the first operationally carbon neutral accommodation to open by Merlin Entertainments across its worldwide attractions and theme parks. It offers 130 cosy lodges and 20 stylish camping barrels for guests of the theme park to stay in.
Whether you're a kid or an adult, you'll love the adorable lodges or camping barrels that they have to offer which provide a cosy stay. I was in one of the lodges with my little one and was greeted with a bright and beautifully decorated room upon opening the door, which is obviously woodland and LEGO-themed. Just off of that was the kids room, which contained bunk beds, sparkly lights for the ceiling and of course some LEGO to play with! The bathroom also saw more woodland artwork on the wall and featured a huge rainfall shower to give a luxurious experience.
Each of the lodges are in their own section which come complete wi.
