A WOMAN who was sick of spending £50 a month on going to the salon for a fresh set of nails has revealed how she gets the same results at home. Lauren Sarah took to social media to show off her hack and people were seriously impressed. The beauty and fashion influencer said: "If you're someone that likes have your nails done all the time, I'm about to save you so much time and money.
" She revealed she would get acrylic nails done every month in the salon but they soon went from £40 a set to almost £70 which was just too much monehy. "I reject that pricing," Lauren continued. "And also, the nail shop I used to go to would slice the side of my finger open almost every single time, and I just did not enjoy that experience.
" But the beauty fan decided to buy press on nails from Amazon instead, with prices ranging from £6 to £20 for each one. Again, Lauren wanted to save even more money so headed to Shein to check out their selection which she quickly ordered. But Lauren was stunned when she opened the package and saw it was from the exact same brand she was buying on Amazon for a fraction of the price.
She added: " I ordered a bunch from Shein that were like £2.50. "Imagine my shock when the same brand turns up.
" Lauren also recommended a specific nail glue to make sure your press ons stay in place for at least three weeks. The Antegu Super Nail Glue can be purchased on Amazon and come in a pack of five for £4.49.
