A professional horse rider who died after suffering a fatal fall at an equestrian event in Devon was a “strong, beautiful, phenomenal woman”, her husband has said. British event rider Georgie Campbell, 36, and her horse Global Quest are said to have fallen at the log into water while competing in the CCI4*-S on the Devon cross-country course.
