It's less than one month until one of Hull's biggest parties returns - Humber Street Sesh . Since starting in 2012, 'Street Sesh has drawn in hundreds of thousands of festival-goers to Humber Street for the musical hit. Now gearing up to return on August 3, organisers admit that this one was a bit of a struggle, but are still looking forward to the biggest gig of the year.
Celebrating the best local talent to come through the grassroots venues in Hull, organisers talked to Hull Live about what to expect with Humber Street Sesh 2024. Juggling the likes of Sesh, Trinity Live and Trinity Festival Rebooted , he says that Humber Street Sesh is a collective of all the best local talent.
Mak told Hull Live: "Sesh is 22 years old, 23 in October. When we started back in Polar Bear , we were juggling the same 12 acts week on week. Now, we've seen 3000 different acts, and if I wanted to, can fully book next year's acts.
