, showed off his apartment, one of 26 affordable housing units for low-income and working families produced from a partnership between HomeFront, Homes by TLC, and Lennar, a construction company building 1,077 homes in a residential development named Hopewell Parc. The huge residential creation on Scotch Road will include 216 affordable housing units. Friday’s ribbon cutting occurred almost one year after a June 2023 groundbreaking ceremony.
