“The fact that I have started doing a skincare routine is what has changed. It was zilch. It was nothing.

I am blessed with good skin because of my parents. They have amazing skin. Since I turned 30, it has been more about taking care of your skin, of yourself.

I moisturise, and I use an aloe vera gel with jojoba and almond oil mixed in it. So, it is a nice kind of paste that I dab on the face. Less is more,” said Sinha.
