Jennifer Lopez has confirmed her decision to officially cancel her upcoming tour, weeks before it was due to kick off. The Atlas actress, 54, was due to start her This Is Me..
. Now tour in Orlando at the end of June, before jetting to Miami, LA, Detroit and Las Vegas. She scrapped a string of planned dates and ultimately was set to return home to New York for some of her final stops, ending the party on August 17.
However, after weeks of questions about slow ticket sales and ongoing speculation over her marriage to husband Ben Affleck , she has decided to axe the entire thing. A representative from Live Nation issued a statement earlier today announcing: ‘Jennifer is taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.’ The Love Don’t Cost A Thing musician also took a moment to apologize to fans through her OnTheJLO website.
‘I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down,’ a message read. ‘Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary. I promise I will make it up to you and we will all be together again.
