Midlands star Beverley Knight brought Godiva Festival's 25th anniversary celebrations to an end in dazzling style. The star headlined the Main Stage as the sun began to shine over War Memorial Park late yesterday afternoon, July 7. She told the BBC that the event was like coming 'home'.
"I love to perform," she said. This is home for me. Even though it’s Coventry and I’m from Wolverhampton, I still think ‘West Midlands – home’,” she added.
