The 'Lord of the Dance' star, who is now in remission following cancer surgery joined Susanna and Money Expert Martin Lewis on Wednesday 26 June. During the interview, Michael suggested his opulent €30 million castle home may have contributed to his health issues .
The property was partly destroyed during a fire in 2016, but was rebuilt over the following years. Michael shared his health struggles with the presenting duo and shared: "I was one of the fittest people in Ireland. But when we moved back in I never felt right, and all of a sudden I got cancer.
“All of a sudden I've developed asthma too. We must have been breathing in toxins. We were told to leave immediately and we've been living in hotels ever since.
" During his GMB appearance Michael also excitedly discussed his upcoming show where he features as a hologram. However, the conversation took a turn when Michael began naming the company and architect involved with his property. Susanna quickly intervened, reminding viewers that they "didn't know the full story" and hadn't received a response from the named parties.
