The teams behind Big Feed and Melting Pot have confirmed they are collaborating once aged to bring Big Feed in the Park back to Kelvin Way. The walkway and Kelvingrove bandstand will be transformed into a massive street food and festival later this year. A number of top DJs, including Craig Charles, will take to the bandstand over the two day which starts on Saturday September 28 and comes to a close on Sunday September 29.

A variety of cocktail trucks and food vendors from around the world will be on site to provide a range of tasty dishes. The Big Feed Bairns initiative will also be making a return with loads of activities and entertainment for children included in the price of a ticket. Big Feed owner Jonathan Stipanovsky said: "We’re thrilled to announce the return of Big Feed in the Park with our friends and partners Melting Pot.

“We’ve switched up the format this year on the back of feedback from our first time at this beautiful site in the heart of the West End. “So it’s almost two separate events – Big Feed Bairns takes the helm during the day before Melting Pot take over at night, then Big Feed is back again on Sunday. “We have so much for the kids, it’s the perfect end of summer family fun extravaganza.

“We really have levelled it up with some of our best ever street food traders serving up every kind of ace street food from around the world. Along with our usual marquee event bar and cocktail traders, this year we’ll also be launching our Bacard.
