Wales Online readers are welcoming the news that a New Zealand company Skyline Enterprises, has been in talks with the Welsh Government and Swansea Council to potentially create a £37m adventure attraction on Swansea’s Kilvay Hill near Landore. Local residents are excited and have been sharing their views in our comment section . The company is hoping that the attraction will introduce the area to more visitors; Skyline's chief executive Geoff McDonald says: "At the moment there's a very tiny portion of the population that gets to enjoy it," he said.

"This is an opportunity to share Kilvey Hill. The gondolas will provide access for everybody." The company Skyline are planning gondolas, a zipwire and a luge attraction and have recently flown in for another round of meetings before submitting revised documentation to Swansea Council's planning department within the next month.

However, some people are worried about the habitat loss, the impact on the landscape, and the hike in car numbers visiting Landore. Skyline has refuted these claims and say the attraction will not be intrusive and the impact on traffic wou.
