Eager to start a family, Gemma Collins has made it clear she's open to the help of a surrogate if she's unable to have children naturally. The TOWIE legend has had a taste of motherhood after getting engaged to partner Rami Hawash as she's a stepmother to his young son Tristan. But during a candid chat on the Everything I Know About Me podcast, the 43-year-old shared her wish to have her own children.
