Ganel-Lyn Condie tells us sourdough has been so great for her lupus and gut health, she decided to begin making it herself. Failure in the beginning has led to getting a great handle on the process, and six months later she’s making at least two loaves a day to share! This is what she means by, “sourdough ministry”. By taking the bread to others and sharing in her community, Ganel-Lyn tells us she’s had many beautiful conversations and moments with others.
She’s needed this just as much as others, “It has helped me through job loss, empty nesting and some health issues”. We appreciate the beautiful sentiment, and spirit of sharing. If bread making isn’t your thing, find what is, and give the gift of creation, time, and conversation.
You never know who needs to be uplifted by the gesture. ganellyn.com and IG @ganellyn.
