Presenter Gabby Logan has made a heartbreaking health confession as she shared concerns about her career. The TV and radio host, 51, explained that going through the menopause made her worried she would forget people's names. She admitted brain fog was the hardest part for her, as she thought it would affect her job as a sports presenter.

Gabby shared she has started HRT (hormone replacement therapy), which has made her see a real difference. The Welsh presenter also ensures she does regular brain exercises to keep herself focused and has adapted the way she works to ease her concerns. Gabby now always carries a piece of paper on set, so she is able to make notes on what she needs to remember.

She admitted the brain fog "affected her the most" as she said: "Feeling slightly unsure about things was such an unfamiliar feeling – and I thought, 'Oh, God, am I going to keep doing my job if I can't recall somebody's name?' "Fortunately, HRT has been great and I try to do regular exercise for my brain now, whether that's testing myself on remembering numbers or people's names." Gabby graced the cover of Good Housekeeping's July edition ahead of the Olympics in Paris. She looked gorgeous in a gold gown as well as a white suit.
