Enjoying a prominent position in the village with spectacular views of the Peffery Strath and over to Knockfarrel, the 130-year-old lodge and cottage are iconic to Strathpeffer. Holly Lodge, a magnificent eight-bedroom Victorian home, is a hugely popular Highland guest house and family home that welcomes visitors from across the UK, Europe and America every year between Easter and October.

Lovingly cared for by owners Fiona and Andrew Denovan, Holly Lodge has retained its beautiful original features and period charm ‒ from its slate roof and Victorian cornicing to the generous sash windows, deep skirting boards and wood panelling. Currently five of the eight bedrooms are rented out, but the entire lodge could be made available to guests if desired. Residents also have sole use of a sunroom, drawing room and lounge ‒ all perfect spots to enjoy a dram and soak up glorious Highland views.
