A FLINTSHIRE animal rescue centre is appealing to the public to find three beautiful dogs their forever home. Almost Home Dog Rescue, based in Mold, provides a safe haven for abandoned dogs before uniting them with their new home and owner. It also aims to support and educate the next generation of dog owners to prevent an increase in the number of pets being carelessly neglected.
Anyone interested in the following pups should fill out the adoption form. At around six-months old, Husky Spiro is a stray who sadly was never claimed by his previous owner. He is a 'happy go lucky' kind of boy, very switched on and needs an active home - someone willing to put the time and effort in for him t blossom.
Spiro (Image: Almost Home Dog Shelter) Spiro is great with people and other dogs. He loves his food, playing and lots of cuddles. He's still learning manners and social skills but there's no malice in him.
He's simply young and full of character and life. Spiro loves exploring, car rides, and has been brilliant at the vets. He adores all the attention he gets, he laps it all up.
He has passed a full health check, started his vaccinations, been flead / wormed and is now booked in to be neutered when he is ready. This lad is going to be so much fun for someone but he needs structure, routine and plenty of mental and physical stimulation. Spiro is hopefully ten year plus commitment.
Nessa is an 8/9 month old bulldog who was sadly stray. Looking at her appearance, she's never had a carin.
