His wife, actress Saxon Trainor took to her Instagram account to share the sad news of his death, after a ‘brutal struggle’ with cancer with her followers.
Alongside a picture of her husband, the 60-year-old emotionally penned: “My husband Erich died this morning. I am sharing my brother-in-law Michael O’Malley’s words as I am too bereft now to write anything.” The couple had been married since 2003.
