Savills was marketing the freehold of the hotel on behalf of Richardson Hotels. Now its sale has been confirmed, for an undisclosed figure. The Cornwall Hotel Collection said the purchase marked a "significant milestone" for it as hotel operators, as well as the hospitality landscape in Falmouth, and the wider county.
