A former teacher turned racy star has revealed the number of surgeries it took to get the "best " in the business. Lexi Luna, from the , sensationally turned her back on her career in education when she became disillusioned with the job. She said she was unable to save for a house as a teacher, hadn't had a pay rise in five years, and couldn't save for a retirement to have the life she wanted.
But while she was still teaching the 35-year-old decided to have breast augmentation surgery for herself. And since quitting, Lexi's work in the adult industry has seen her assets drawing her particular attention. However, she admits there were a few bumps along the way to getting the chest she was finally happy with.
She told the her first two operations took place before she'd even set foot in the adult world. Then came a further two ops, after she was left with uneven and painful breasts. "They were not [the best] when I first got started," she said.
"I've had four surgeries. The first two I did before I was ever in the adult world, before I was even thinking adult. "I always wanted to have my boobs done, and it was just something that I was finally, like, 'f**k it, I'm doing this'.
So I did it, but then I had complications back to back. "And because of my teacher schedule I had to get one surgery in spring break and one in the summer. So not that many months apart, and I think that also led to the complications.
