After months of being closed and in need of some tender loving care, Dr Foster's is set to open in July and under new management. The business owners said they are very excited to be joining the rest of the restaurants established in the area and feel the new venture will play a part in filling the gap to provide a gastro-pub in the beautiful area of . Dr Foster's has been taken over by management of A Rule Of Tum who own .

Other to their credit include, The Bookshop in Hereford, Burger Shop in Worcester, Maneki Rmen in Birmingham and Leaven, also in Hereford. A Rule Of Tum Director and Chef, Dorian Kirk, 36, is really looking forward to the opening of Dr Foster and showing the public the improvements made in the building and customers enjoying the new menu. He found the building was up for lease through an email which landed in his inbox, and he soon fell in love with the beauty of the premises and the area it is located.



Dorian said: "We started renovations at Dr Foster at the end of April and we are half-way though it. The downstairs of the building has been finished and we are finishing the upstairs, and the kitchen and cloakroom areas. "The interior needed some love.

We have redecorated in a Cotswold white Farrow and Ball colour which has really freshened the place up, and we have installed new and beautiful lighting as well." Dorian is the founder and creative director of A Rule of Tum Group who are celebrating the 10th anniversary of the company, and are looking forwar.
