Pauline and David, from High Wycombe, were eager to relocate to West Wales in 2018. They had a budget of £325,000 and specific requirements: a garage and workshop for David, and a modern interior with period charm for Pauline. Pauline shared: "We used to holiday a lot in Wales and we loved it there and we know most of Wales and we like Pembrokeshire especially.
